Genda utilizes imported advanced production equipment and test instruments from world-famous leading manufacturers, such as Japan's Showa and the S&A Co. of the USA. Recently we invested USD200,000 to import "EFG" brand Xray angle testing system from Germany.

A 10,000-level cleaning room has been set up to ensure all quartz crystal assembly processes are under excellent environmental conditions. R&D is done by Genda's engineering/technician team, led by senior engineers who have been working 20 to 30 years' in China's quartz crystal manufacturing industry, and comprising young, energetic engineers from renowned Chinese colleges and institutes. QC is done through several management systems, adopting advanced methods such as CAD and QC statistic analysis software.

Genda acquired ISO 9002 certification in March 1998. Due to consistent efforts made in QC, most electronics equipment manufacturers in Mainland China as well as some overseas customers have accepted Genda's products.
