Our product range includes:
1, aluminum roto-mould.
Have made around 50 sets of aluminum roto-moulds for various playground toys, and about 190 sets of aluminum moulds for custom molding projects in last five years. 85% of them are supposed to be used in molding products to be exported to USA, Italy, UK, France, Germany, Spain, Luxembourg, Russia, Canada, Thailand, Korea, Taiwan(prc), Belgium and isreal, etc.
2, custom plastic rotomolding.
Various plastic parts based on custom designs, including air-blower shells, tool cases, petrol tank, flower planter, water tank for scrubbers, truck roof, stock case for motorcycle, golf equipment case, speaker shell, fenders, display case, and so on.

Our advantage in technology lies in:
1, as a mould maker for nearly 10 years, especially good at gravity casting mould and aluminum roto-mould.
2, has the ability to conduct full process in making mould. Wooden pattern workshop, 4 processing centers, 6 digital linear cutters, 5 digital controlled millers, and so on, are all located in our factory.
3, five year of working in making aluminum roto-mould and molding plastic parts, makes us accumlated experience of handing and resolving various difficulty in structure and accuracy.
4, we have r&d department. They can deal with tech-drawings composed by PRO-engineer, CAD, solid works, unigraphics(majorly), and mastercam.
5, generally, our lead time in making mould is 35 days. It varies per to the design of mould.
6, roto-molding OEM service. We have four roto-machines, one of them has three arms and each of which is of 2.8 meters long and is able to mold products within 2.5 meters long.
7, we'd like to help assembling parts to a complete product based on our extremely competitive cost.
8, PU foaming injection is availabe at a reasonable cost.
