There are 40 qualified technicians, 3 people are senior engineers, one of them is the general engineer. Sungem is not only working on moulds but also has rich experience in raw material. That's why we can give the best solutions for clients and have many regular clients.

There are 5 excellent designers to use international advanced development software(UG, CATIA, AUTOCAD), making forward design & reversal design. Focusing on the details of products and molds, will do the best structure of moulds to be sure the longer mold life and easiest mold maintenance.

We normally use high speed CNC milling machines, high speed engraving machines, depth hole drilling machines, lathing machines, grinding machines, wire cutting machines, EDM etc, equipment to make moulds in best conditions.
