For internal management, we adopt a three-tier management model of "factory + farmer cooperatives + farmers". The workers in our factory are all local folk craftsmen who also work in agriculture when free. We divide craftsmen into different farmer cooperatives according to their different skills, while the production of farmer cooperatives is co-ordinate arranged by factory.
