Temperature Measurement & Management System (TMMS 4.0) is an intelligent system that we developed after many years' research and practical application. It is used on high-medium-low power system(0.4-110KV) and electrical equipment that have high requirements for temperature. It integrates online temperature measurement, data collection, data analysis and control function. Each technical index can reach international standard. With these complete solutions, it helps prevent many potential safety hazards that caused by temperature increasing, eliminating accidents
completely.
 
The system is mainly consists of main station, data receiver, data collector and repeater. It can measure the real-time temperature of busbar, circuit breaker node and the cable head. The number of temperature collecting points and repeaters is adjustable according to the local situation. The communication interface of the device is connected with the PC monitoring system, it supports MODBUS communication protocol of RS485 port or various protocols,Baud rate can be chosen.
 
The data collector is usually bundled on the busbars of the incoming and outgoing switch cabinet. The measuring module clings to the objects, thus it can meansure the accurate temperature of the hot spots. According to the time set by the user(normally every 3 minutes), the collected temperature data is uploaded to the receiving device, it displays real-time temperature and reports to the main station after processing. The main station analyzes the data and releases alarm if the collected temperatures are higher than the set value. At the main station, you can query the historical records and check the temperature curve.
