The whole Hengrun is composed of two companies: Hengrun Flanges and Hengrun Ring Forgings. Hengrun Flanges Co., LTD mainly deals with forgings and produces finished goods. With the production capacity of 20000 tons per year, Hengrun Flanges CO., LTD produces the finished flanges 9000 tons, among which mainly are circular flanges. Besides, we also produces square flanges. The materials are mainly stainless steel\carbon steel and alloyed steel. If the customer need the products with special materials, we can also manufacture as long as the it reaches a certain order quantity. Our flanges have various standards, among which mainly are German standard, EURO-standard, American standard, Japanese standard and Chinese standard. Of course, according to the customer's drawing, our company can also produce the special flanges. At present, our company has got the TUV certification, PED certification and ISO9000 certification. Moreover, It has obtained Approval Certificate for Steel Forgings from NKK. LIOYD'S REGISTER, CCS REGISTER and Approved Licenses of Special Equipment(Pressure Pipeline) for Forging Flange. It is the first flange company in the domestic market that has been approved by the TUV head office of Germany and JIS. Currently the company is still applying for the first nuclear grade flanges certificate in the domestic market. Hengrun is equipped with the complete inspection machines and full set of heat treatment facilities, including spectrometric detector\tensiable test\impact test\Metallographic Test \low temperature test and intercrystalline corrosion test. We now can produce the largest forgings with the diameter 2.5 meters, the biggest weight 4 tons and below 3000 lbs. All the flanges with DN below 600 are processed in the digital controlled lathes. Nearly all the flanges need pass three inspection procedures to guarantee the quality, and the package of the products should conform to the international standard.
