Lefeng Precision Hardware Limited, a Hong Kong wholly owned company, has been certified with ISO9001: 2000. Lefeng is specialized in R&D of precision molds; Precision mold parts processing and stamping of metal parts. Lefeng is experienced in handling complete package services, which include mold design & making, stamping of metal parts, environment friendly cleaning, assembling, and packing for shipment. The current total investment is HKD70millions, totally covers 13, 800sq. M. There are 380 staffs until now.

For metal stamping, with all the inspection apparatus and punch presses imported from foreign countries (SEIYI punch press, 3-D inspection apparatus from Holland etc. ), Lefeng is capable of advanced precision super speed progressive processing and high precision inspection (min tolerance +/-0.005mm), from which Lefeng has been enjoying trust and praise in this industry. Especially, Lefeng is expert in stamping of sheet materials with high-required surface and thin materials (min. Thickness: 0.08mm), such as stainless, bronze and electro iron etc. High speed steel and super hardness materials (Tungsten and ASP etc. ) is adopted to make metal mold & die to guarantee the precision and stability in stamping process.

The annual production scale: Die & mould: 1, 200sets; Metal stamping parts: 300million pieces. The annual turnover is more than HKD30millions.
