SPRING LAMINATED Co., Ltd is a manufacturer exporter of fabric laminating, which is widely used in water-resistant bedding accessories, camping textiles, kid bib/kid pad, sports wear, surgical/chef dress etc. We offer both one & double side fabric laminated with eco friendly breathable and waterproof membrane PTFE, TPU, PVC, PEVA in the maximum width 250cm can meet various width request for garment and bedding.

Our laminated factory have 2 laminating lines, which could laminate 20, 000-30, 000 meters per day, several fabric inspection machines, AATCC-127 Washing standard test room, technicians dispatched to Taiwan for professional training, all of the fabric has to be 100% inspected before laminating., such as fabric holes, color yarns, color difference, stains and drawn yarns will be returns to suppliers, who are graded to I/II/III and last one would be eliminated to have our laminated fabrics feature lower defects, better water resistance and better tensile strength, all test results are kept in file permanently, which make it convenient to checking every bulk fabric quality when needed.

Meanwhile, our own sewing factory have 1 pinsonic machine, 40 sewing machines and 20 interlocking machines making waterproof, anti-allergy, anti-dustmite mattress protectors and bed bug proof mattress encasements /yoga mat cover/baby pad/table cloth etc.

We control the material cost & quality every step by ourselves from purchase fabrics / laminated & make finished products in our sewing factory, which makes it possible to offer the products at competitive prices but stable excellent quality.
