Our policies are as follows:
Clients are responsible to provide us a full valid address, including apartment number if applicable, for delivery. They are responsible for getting mail forwarding if they are moving and for putting a vacation hold if they do not anticipate they will be at home when the package is due to arrive.
? ? The packages we delivered is usually by air express(EMS, DHL, TNT, UPS, FEDEX, SODEXI, ), according to the quantity and the requirement of the customer.
? ? After payment is confirmed it will go through a 12 hours processing period which starts the following business day. Once the Processing Phase is complete, please allow 4-7 business days for arrival of merchandise.
? ? Customers will receive an email from us when their order is processed with an expected date of arrival.

The shipping carrier we use depends on where you are located.
-You will recieve a tracking number from us after we send your package and within 1-2days you can check the shipping carriers website and track the package(s) status.
If your package lost or broken by unknows force on the way, we will re-send them free.
-All packages must be signed for. If no one is at home to recieve your package, then it will be held until you are able to sign for the package.
For Courier Shipment:
When we have received your order & payment, we will ship the shoes to you by courier. For most of orders. we need around 4 to 7 business days for delivery, the shoes will be delivered directly to your door.
The courier tracking number wil be forwarded to you for reference, you can track your order in our Order Tracking System to know the up-dated information of your shoes.
For Ocean Freight Shipment:
For the order by using container shipping for delivery, it takes around 25 to 35 days since the completion date of production, it depends on where your shoes are sent to.
