Soonlead is a professional manufacturer for iPhone/iPod/iPad accessories, mobile phone accessories and other electronic products in China.

We are experienced in the electronics area.
One of founders has more then 8 years experiences in manufacturing electronic products and another founder has more then 5 year experience in exporting electronic products. Our engineer whom designed the PCB & firmware is especially good at power supply circuit designed. He had ever designed chargers, driver board of LCD displayer, portable battery etc. During the past 10 years.

Major manufacturing equipments are from Japan.
Armed with a Panasonic automatic high-speed SMT machine and other automatic equipments, we have the ability of producing 100, 000PCS battery case per month.

We own the complete product line of the battery case.
Having a complete product line which compose by molding developing, inject plastic housing, SMT, testing and packing, we can reduce the cost and provide the best price to our costumers.

Strict quality control system.
Our quality control system including the flowing:
1. Raw materials testing: Ensure all the plastics, chips, capacitances, resistances etc. Are in good condition.
2. PCB testing: Ensure each PCB is qualify
3. PCBA testing: Ensure all the components are connected rightly.
4. Current testing: Ensure the charging current is 500mA/h
5. Protection testing: Ensure the protective circuit is working if it got short circuit, over charging, over using.
6. Aging testing: Ensure each product is working perfectly before we ship to our customers.
