Winsway, which was incorporated in 1989, has developed itself into the major Chinese transport, storage, distribution, marketing and trading company, active in petrochemicals and oil products. Our continues investments in mainland China, together with the highly qualified staff of 200, has allowed Winsway to become "the gateway to China."
Winsway has established a network of offices, and representations in all the strategic locations. Our offices are in daily contact with our customers, developing business, either facilitating supplies into China mainland, or assisting our Chinese suppliers to export into the inter national markets. Winsway also is active in the local distribution, buying and selling locally using Winsway own transport facilities.
The economic development in China, linked with the Winsway investments, has allowed for a strong growth of Winsways activities. Winsway mainly engages in the import and export of petrochemical products, including oil products, organic and inorganic chemicals as well as plastics. The international business is being conducted out of the Macao office. Whereas the domestic China business is handled through the Beijing head office. Winsway has established good business relationship with the major Chinese petrochemical and oil companies, as well as with the major international chemical enterprises from all over the world.
Winsway handles not only traditional business of import and export, Winsway has long term product conversion contracts, both in China as well as with international enterprises outside China .Winsway has established leasing contracts for entire factories in China , through which we have taken over the responsibility of running and marketing as well as financing the production outputs. Winsway on various occasions will act as a catalyst in foreign investment projects, acting as consultant for international enterprises. Winsway furthermore has set up a number of strategic joint ventures within China mainland, with both local and foreign business interest. Winsway also has exclusive agency contracts with foreign multinationals, whereby Winsway will distribute products in China, utilizing our own storage and transport facilities.
