December 2003 witnessed a landmark for TOPRATE Electronic Technology Co., Ltd, with is official settlement in the Guangdong Science City. Now the company has more than 20 imported production lines for master disc burning, in addition to the advanced equipment of master discs testing devices, ID code checkers and related packaging facilities. With the assistance of those advanced facilities, the company has been attaining leapfrogging and rapid development since its foundation just two years ago.

As the first private high-tech enterprise in the Science City, TOPRATE is also proud and honored to be neighboring some of the workd's Top 500 settled there, with its modem CD factory to be emerging on that soil of opportunities and competition.
