One thing can be highlighted is our tool design and processing team, who have vast experience and original view in manufacturing mould & die for Plastics (complex and High-tech, multi-color, over-molded, gear and high gloss), for Liquid Silicone Rubber (baby care accessories and cosmetic parts), and for Metal (stamping and die casting). Furthermore, HotTop is constantly researching and adopting new technologies both in tool design and process, like JIT and Lean Manufacturing.

Furthermore, we are specialized in making LSR components, especially for baby care products, such as nipple (or teat), pacifier, feeding bottle, teether and others. We are OEM manufacturer for some world famous brands in supplying both mould and product for years. For the LSR molding, we apply closed-off management and all injection machines work in dust-free environment. Auto-feeding, vacuum forming, self-curing and other process are well conducted in our factory. Besides, the laboratory is equipped with special devices to test the product's hardness, tensile, strength and else.
