In 1994, Mr. Vijay Jatia joined the Board of Directors, and today, Mr. Jatia is MIL's Chairman & Managing Director. Mr. Jatia's role as Managing Director includes the overall supervision and control of the company's activities; And in particular, to attend to all matters concerning production, planning, manufacturing, financing, marketing and administration.

Due to business barriers going down and globalization taking place Modern group decided to enter the chinese market for catering the needs of its client in Textile, Chemicals, raw materials such chemical products, cotton, yarn, garments, furniture, and machinery.
