The machine tool castings adopts mechanized resin sand molding process and intermediate frequency electric furnace melting. Grey iron, ductile iron and alloy cast iron can all be produced. Product weight can range from a few kilograms to 20 tons. Wood mold production process is suitable for mass order production, with small product size error, uniform internal structure and stable quality.

The second phase of the project is planed to invest 80 million yuan, adopting 3D printing technology and automatic production mode. The design capacity is 10, 000 tons/year, specializing in the export of casting production business.
