We have very professional composite materials R&D and technical personnel, and adopt roller coating, LRTM, Hand Lay-up etc. Technics for the products. Production equipments include US-imported gel coat spray painting machine, resin coating machine, which are able to guarantee accurate proportioning and even coating at maximum limit. Universal material testing machine, impact tester, thickness gauge, joint arm tri-ordinate measuring machine, chemical lab etc., which are used for implementing physical and chemical inspections and tests for composite materials products and raw materials, will guarantee the products production process and final products achieve customer's requirements.

To meet customer's higher demands on products, our company have spent huge sum of money to introduce the world advanced five-axis CNC high speed machining center from Italy, which is able to manufacture moulds and process nonmetal materials such as FRP, carbon fiber, machinable plastics, wood and high density foam.
