Shanghai Shuangshi Plastic Product Co., Ltd. Is a professional manufacturer of plastic tubes in Shanghai, China. Shuangshi occupies an area of more than 10, 000 square meters, invests a total of more than 12 million CNY in the modern production facility, and manufactures 6 million pieces of plastic tubes monthly and more than 70 million pieces of plastic tubes yearly.
Since foundation, Shuangshi has started with a high point. Shuangshi has built standardized factory building and has introduced four most advanced production lines which have been equipped with multiple screen printers, hot-stamping machines and labelers which can manufacture monolayer, bilayer, three-layer and five-layer plastic tubes. Shuangshi has strong development capability of moulds and dies and has invested more than 3 million CNY in the development of mould tooling. The diameters of the tubes manufactured by Shuangshi include 16, 19, 22, 25, 30, 35, 38, 40, 45, 50, 55 and 60mm and the volume of the tube is 5-500ml and the tubes are equipped with multiple mouth pieces and tube cap. In addition to a complete range of circular tubes, Shuangshi manufactures section tubes of multiple specifications such as oval tubes and hyper-flat tubes. A variety of tubes include tube for cosmetics, long flat nose tube for pharmaceuticals, tube for mustard sauce, lip balm tube, and gear oil tube which are widely applied in the fields such as cosmetics, pharmaceuticals, foodstuff, oral care and chemicals.
