Cixi kangxin motorcycle company limited is a modern enterprise of a private company producing motorcycles, its engines and main parts integrated with motorcycle developing and selling. Founded in june of 1999 as a subsidiary company held by Zhongshen industry Group, it was a scooter manufacturing base of the group named Cixi Zhongshen Motorcycle Company Limited.

Situated in Hangzhou Bay New Zone, near Hangzhou Gulf Bridge under construction, the longest bridge in the world, it occupies 27 hectares with investment of 25000000US$ for annual capacity of 300000 motorcycles and 200000 engines.

From the year of 2005, the company has been altering the strategy: Making its own brand ''CONSIM''with all efforts, and now has competitive advantages in designing new models of its own, manufacturing and marketing web. The company possesses 19 independent essential styles with 42 models: All passed national compulsory 3C authentification, 12 models among which have obtained EEC certificate.
