First started business we decided that the best way to serve our customers was neither to build a factory and limit ourselves to the production of a few specialized goods nor to become a trading company that why we are a Contract Manufacturer. BUSINESS DIRECTION: When Sheandro. First started business we decided that the best way to serve our customers was neither to build a factory and limit ourselves to the production of a few specialized goods nor to become a trading company that why we are a Contract Manufacturer. Instead, we knew it would be better to buy all the materials ourselves and have it assembled by selected specialized factories under our own carefully implemented quality control standards. This has done so that we are able to be flexible while supplying our customer with any specific needs they may have and still maintaining a competitive price with other manufacturers.
PROCEDURE: We start off by submitting samples, photos, or having our customer submit designs to us. After an agreement regarding the design is reached, we then submit samples of the fabric and lab dips to our customer for approval. Upon receiving approval, we send a pre production sample of the finished goods to our customer for approval. Once approved we purchase the complementary fabric, zippers, buttons etc., followed by the dyeing process (based on the selected lab dips). The final step is selecting one of our factories to sew and assemble the product while adhering to the sect quality controls. After finally inspection, our products are carefully packaged and prepared for shipment.
OUR GENERAL STANDARDS: When clients send us their design, it usually requires approximately seven days for the lab dip, 15 days for sample approval, and about 60 days for production. Every order needs to be ITS fabric tested, meeting our strictly standards: For example shrinkage under 3% for woven items, less than 5% for knitwear items, color fastness of four - five, drying, rubbing of four, and wet rubbing of two - three. They must also be azo nickel free.
OUR FLEXIBILITY: There are no practical limits on the products that we are able to produce. We have expertise in many different kinds of fabric, both woven and knitwear, from baby garments to adult wear, from t-shirts and the jogging set, to jackets, pants, skirts, and padded items for the active crowd. Fabrics may be chosen from a variety of knitwear fabric; Jersey, interlock, terry, fleece, rib and denim, poplin, flannel, satin, and silk, etc. Our unique style of manufacturing provides the ability to keep the price level similar to other manufacturers.
GLOBAL BUSINESS: With 15 years of experience in the garment exporting business, Sheandro has established itself in many countries. Our European clients are located in Sweden, Denmark, Finland, France, and Italy. We also have a significant base in the United States, Asia, Australia, New Zealand, and Japan.
Chinese PRICE: Our price are very competitive due to the fact that we work on large volume and we have selected our suppliers of raw materials and accessories based on quality and competitive price after years of selection.
Italian QUALITY: Our quality control department applies strict standards in quality control so that our production is an exact style of what our customer desired.
American SERVICE: We reply to all correspondence same day and keep in constant contact with our customer in every phase of the production till the job is finished. We understand the meaning of "Deliver on time".
