Shaw-YPC Piping (Nanjing) Co., Ltd. established on June 19, 2002 is a Sino-American joint venture company between The Shaw Group Inc and SINOPEC Yangzi Petrochemical Corporation. Its total investment is RMB 102, 000, 000, and its registered capital is RMB 51, 000, 000. It is located in Nanjing Chemical Industry Park, and has 10 hectares. The company introduces Shaw's high reputation special induction bending technology and advanced prefabrication piping production management ideas, and shall supply high quality productions such as bends, prefabricated piping, fittings, hangers, supports and so on for Power, Petroleum, Chemical, Agricultural, Pharmaceutical and other industries in China and Southeast Asia.

Raw materials of the company are mainly carbon steel pipes, stainless steel pipes, alloy steel pipes, and so on. It possesses eight lines of prefabricated pipelines, and its capacity is 6000 to 24000 tons piping, bends and other series productions. There is a PB 1200 bending machine from Shaw's Cojafex B. V. , which is capable of bending pipe of max diameter up to 1220 mm, max wall thickness up to 100mm, bending radius 1. 5D and larger.

Shaw-YPC does one package including procurement of pipes, fittings etc. and fabricated piping and bends.
