International Division is the international trade operating system of the listed company, and it manages import/export branch, Siful Co., Ltd. (located in HK. ), Shanghai Sudan Manufacturing Co., Ltd ((located in Sudan) and Shanghai Waigaoqiao Pharmaceutical Distribution Center Co., Ltd. ( (located in Shanghai Waigaoqiao Bonded Zone). Our total revenue of foreign trade in 2005 has reached over USD 300 million.

The International Division and its affiliated enterprises deal with self-supporting import & export, import & export agency, general agency or exclusive distributor of imports, as well as international carrying trade & bonded businesses, overseas manufacturing, etc. Our business has covered over 40 foreign countries and regions, with business connections established with many world famous pharmaceutical multinational companies.

Our import and export business focuses on API and preparations, supplemented by medical dressing, medical apparatus and instruments, and drugs for healthcare along with certain proportion of industrial chemicals, intertextures, light industrial products, hardware, and machineries.
