Aurora was founded in April 2006, located at Lixiang Road, Dali Village, Qingxi Town, Dong'guan Guangdong, China. Specialized in tooling design, development and precision injection molding, Aurora concentrates on consumer electronic plastic accessories and provides customers with OEM/ODM product design, tooling building, injection, vacuum plating, laser carving, assembly, etc.

Aurora factory covers an area of 16000 square meters, with modernized plant and comfortable employee living area. Aurora now has more than 500 employees, including 70 technicians and management personnel. Aurora departments include Tooling Design and Development Dept, Foreign Trade Dept, Domestic Marketing Dept, Project Management Dept, Quality Control Dept, Production Dept, Administration Dept, and Human Resources Dept. Aurora purchases up-to-date tool development and injection equipment, introduces Taiwan Dalin processing center, Taiwan MinJin presision Numerical Control Electric Spark Forming Machine, and more than 20 double injection machines such as FUCHUNSHIN, CHENHSONG, HAITIAN, APOLLO etc.

Aurora has 4 advanced automatic dust-free vacuum-plating lines, 2 Italian Laser carving machines, pad print and silk screening workshop, imported PVD Substrate Subliming Coating Machine, imported automatic spraying equipment and automatic UV light curving production line.

Tooling Dept. Was set up in 2006, and has built more than 1200 sets of mould untill now, among which there are over 700 sets of dual color moulds and 500 single color molds. We have accumulated rich experience in tooling design and development in the passing years. There are more than 30 senior technicians. Mold manufacturing Injection workshop has 30 injection machines.

1.20 sets are dual-color injection molding machines, which are imported from Taiwan FSC Group. Specification: 360T, 260T, 160T, and 140T. It's mainly applied to the injection products, such as phone and computer peripherals, water proof phones, connection boxes, and dual-color protective cases, etc.

2.2 sets of dual-color vertical molding machine. Specification: 120T, 50T. Mainly be used to inject cell phone hardware brackets, connectors, etc.

Single color injection molding machine. Specification: 200T, 138T\110T\90T, especially for thin wall injection.

Each injection machine is equipped with Japan SDHR (YS-700) mechanical hand to

Produce discs, phone accessories, computer accessories, lens, gears, medical apparatus and other precision products. The production workshop is equipped with the central supply system and vacuum dehumidifying dryer. Automatic production line has been realized in the workshop.
