SAAA, established in 1992, is located in Beicai Industrial Park in Pudong, Shanghai. It covers an area of 19, 450 square meters, of which 16, 896 is used for factory buildings. It has fixed assets of RMB 76 million with over 450 staff members. Its products include air-conditioner hose assembly, engine oil suction pipe, and power steering tube, which are mainly provided for the following customers: Car manufacturers like Shanghai General Motor, Shanghai Volkswagen, FAW-Volkswagen, DPCA, Honda, Chery, as well as System suppliers like DELPHI, BEHR. It has successfully developed international markets in Canada, Japan and Sweden.

SAAA is technically strong in design and development. 14 patents are already gained or in the process of application. It owns a product development center and a testing center with more than 100 machines like end forming machine, auto welding machine and CNC-bending machine, and 30 test machines like pressure cycling test machine, three dimension test machine and contour test machine. All these machines are well provided for meeting the requirements of production, technology and technique for hose products, conducting inspecting and testing of various kinds of hose projects, and developing products independently. With strong power in the trade, we have extensive technological exchanges and cooperation with the enterprises of the same type from developed countries.

We are always pursuing for the objective of zero-defect in our products, and carrying out the principle of developing our company by relying on science and technology, constant improvement of products so as to produce first class products, and providing excellent service. Up to now, it has passed one after another the quality authentification of ISO9002, QS9000, VDA6. 1, ISO/TS16949, and environmental management authentification of GB/T24001-2004idtISO14001: 2004.
