Rizhao Garnet Ltd (RZG) is a new leader in garnet abrasives committed on garnet mining, processing and distributing full grades industrial almandine rock garnet since 2009.
A major strength of the company is the huge size of its garnet deposits and therefore its ability to supply the market with a safe, reliable, consistent for a long time. RZG has acquired several large scale garnet properties grading over 80% with a total reserve of over 300 million tons which is largest all over the world.
The establishment of our first wet and dry processing plant in Rizhao city was a significant milestone in establishing the production of RZG garnet as high quality abrasive with proper quality control. RZG 's Rizhao processing plant covers an area over 58, 000 square meters and equipped with the China only one full automated computer-controlled processing line, ensuring annual output of 100, 000 tons garnet abrasive which is largest in China garnet industry. Meanwhile, RZG's newest bigger garnet processing facility and warehouse based in Lianyungang in Jiangsu province is under construction now and will be completed by end of 2015. The facility will initially produce around 600, 000 metric tons per annum, which will grow as our worldwide sales efforts expand. The mine produces the standard sandblast waterjet and water filtration grades and will also produce a 8/16 mesh, 10/20mesh coarse grade product for particularly thick sand blasting applications.
RZG garnet consists of totally natural almandine rock garnet known for its natural high hardness, durability, and abrasive characteristics. It is a crystalline hard rock garnet which produces very sharp grains during 4 times of crushing. These sharp angular grains together with its typical high hardness provide superior cutting speed and enable RZG garnet to perform other garnet abrasives.
RZG garnet's high standard of processing and quality control system ensures highest standard of quality and meeting most stringent requirements for chloride and free silica contents.
Available RZG garnet abrasive and RZG JadeBlast abrasive are readily to serve your all kinds of abrasive blasting, waterjet cutting, water filtration application and etc. RZG produces a full line of standard garnet powders. In addition, we produce custom and specially grades and products per customer specification
