With 15, 000 sqm modern workshop, we specializes in the production of electronic components such as silver alloy wires, strips, contact rivets, tri-metal electrical contacts, flap contacts and abnormity electrical contacts, which can be made of pure silver, AgCdO, AgNi, AgPd, AgSnO2, and AgSnO2 In2O3. Based on researching and developing our own production materials, we also have been closely cooperating with many famous enterprises, such as Japanese TANAKA, Korean Heesung, and Guilin Jinge. Now, our main products are widely applied to relays, contacts, thermostats, circuit-breakers and low voltage switches of different capacities.

We imported production equipment and testing instruments as well as advanced technology from Japan and Korea. At present, the inspection center is equipped with Mitutoyo projecting instrument, Easson projecting instrument, Digital microscope camera, Vickers hardness Tester, tension tester, Electrooptic analyzing balance, average particle-size analyzer, and metallographic pointing machine, etc. Our physical and chemical testing lab shows advanced level in China.

In recent years, we brought several lines into production and possess 1000-ton extruder, isostatic press and other large scale equipment in the material producing workshop as well as 110 cold punching machines including 40 ones imported from Korea in the cold punching workshop. We can produce over 10 million PCS contacts per day with different specification from Φ 0.8-10.0mm. In 2008, our sales volume became the largest and shared a high reputation in domestic contacts industry.

Our company has abundant talents for producing creative and improving products. Our research team is made up of more than 20 technicians including 2 Japan doctors and 3 domestic material science experts, one of whom is a pioneer sent to Germany to exchange powder metallurgy technology. In order to reduce cost and save resources, we invented tri-metal cold punching machine through independent research and development, which was the first one in the world that could produce tri-metal contacts. At present, we can produce AG/Cu/AG tri-metal contacts of different specifications, and our output reaches 500, 000 PCS per day.
