Ruibiao Group, China is a large enterprise producing fasteners in China, which owns five subsidiaries. Initiated in1980, our group owns the registered capital of 110 million RMB, with 120000 square meters of building floor, 86000 square meters of the building area, over 1000 employees and the capital assets and current capital total 250 million RMB. Our products range includes the fasteners of cars, minicars and motorcycles, which can be divided into 5000 kinds and 2000 items and the production capacity is up to 50, 000 tons. In 2005, our group produced 2 billion pieces, 350 million RMB worth of products.
Besides R&D center and examining &testing center, our group has introduced the advanced equipment from Taiwan: in annealing, we have atmosphere-protected, non-decarbondized spheroidizing annealing equipment and vacuum annealing equipment; in cold heading, we have multi-stage automatic cold extrusion former, high-speed automatic thread rolling equipment, nut automatic tapping machine, multi-stage nut former; in heat treatment, we use ammonia, propylene and carbinol as protecting atmosphere and two automatic lines controlled by oxygen prober carbon potential system. The surface processing is finished domestically and we have a automatic chrome-plating line and a zinc-plating line, together with waste water disposal equipment and we have reached the environment-protection and pollution-free standards. The above mentioned equipment is all controlled by computer. The examining and testing equipment contains Servo-hydraulic universal testing machine, projector, micro hardness tester, large horizontal metallographic microscope, salt-mist corrosion tester and spectrograph, which can test the different types of performances, plating solution and waste water disposal. Having the best manufacturing and testing equipment, we are able to design and develop new products at the requirement of clients.

Our group is entitled to import and export by ourselves, and has been rewarded as the title of "contract-oriented and reliable enterprise " by local government, and the highest bank credibility level of "AAA". We have been in cooperation with FAW, Xiali Automobile, Chang`an Automobole, Hafei Automobile, Changhe Automobile, Qianjiang Motor, Great Changjiang Group, Jincheng Motor, Qingqi Motor, Jialing Motor, Jianshe Motor, as many as 50 enterprises.
