The company is located in the National Charming City, situated in the economically developed Yangtze River Delta. The company mainly produces various types of flaps used for automobile tyres and a variety of complete rubber mix. It has four 270L banbury mixing production lines, three 160L banbury mixing production lines, twelve 75L banbury mixing production lines, and over 100 vulcanizing machine units specially used for flaps manufacturing, five flaps extruding production lines. It has an annual production capacity of 12 million various kinds of tyre flaps as well as 100000 t/yr of complete rubber mix.

The company has introduced such internationally advanced testing facilities as electronic tensile testing machine, fatigue tester, automatic extractor, constant-temperature drying cabinet, ageing box, rotorless curometer, automatic Mooney viscosity apparatus, petroleum products kinematical viscosity measuring instrument, flash point tester, refractometer, rubber durometer, etc.
