RTS Laminating was established in 2017 to provide a facility to produce technical flexible textile based laminations.

The driving force behind the company is Tony Gong-a graduate in material testing with 20 years experience in the production of precision technical items both flexible and ridged.

Tony is assisted and advised by Colin Appleyard-a graduate in Textile Technology and Production with almost 50 years experience in Europe, Africa and Asia.

New methods of production and machine control have been designed. These innovations have been incorporated into the custom made machinery which is now installed. These systems allow more efficient production, reduce waste and reduce the size of an economical batch.

Current products include sailcloth, safety and protection laminations, specialized laminations for use in the transport and automotive sector.

The management team foresees an increasing demand for products which can reduce the environmental impact of current or traditional products.

RTS Laminating can supply a turnkey solution or work with customers wishing to use their own input materials. RTS can work with customers to develop and produce new products or improve older items. All enquires are welcome.
