Hu'nan Join-line Industries Inc. was established in April 1998 in Changsha, Hunan province, for recycling process of rare earth products from magnets sluge and scrap. As business expanded, we started production of cobalt and nickel products and built a brand new plant facility in 2001 in a neighboring city named Xiangtan, and registered with local government as company name Kingtech Industies Inc. Both companines are under the same private shareholding ownership and management system.

The compies develop, manufacture and market Cobalt, Nickel, Copper Products used in the production of a wide array of products such as batteries, magnets, ceramics, enamels, paints, glass and catalysts.

Starting 2007, the companies have focused on HEV rechargeable battery business at seeing its future. By sstable development of technology and quality, Kingtech Plant has completed 5S system management. Kingtech plant utilizes patented solvant extraction technology in its production, extracts and refines cobalt, nickel, copper and rare earth products. 80% of its products is extra low iron content cobalt sulfate for battery application.

The companies are stable operating and have become major provides for several large international battery materials producers.
