The investment of 1st phase is $35million USD, and cover 66, 666m2 square meters(with more than 80, 000m2 reserved for 2ND phase investment), with 185 employees at present, including 56 senior and middle level technicians. Kaike pipe is using carbon steel(low temperature), stainless steel, dual-phase steel, alloy steel, nickel-base alloy and special materials, machine to seamless /butt welding/forged pipe fittings, flange and other piping accessories in completed sizes. We can manufacture under GB, SH, HG, JB, SY, ASME/ANSI, MSS, JIS, DIN, BS and other standards, and also provide customized products according to different requirements of the customer. At present, Kaike pipe has already passed through the ISO9001, ISO14001, ISO1801, Quality, Environmental, Occupational Health and Safety Management System Certification, and has achieved the Manufacture License of Special Equipment(Pressure Pipeline Components), CE/PED Certificate and API Certificate.

Kaike pipe pays much attention to the R&D, production and quality control; We own the biggest and most advanced equipments among Chinese suppliers. Production equipments include the 4000ton hydraulic press, 3000 ton cold-extruding tee former, HQY-HIJ-HWJ1000/720 hot pushing elbow bender and so on. Testing equipment include CMT5305 HIGH TEMPERATURE(1100 degree), normal temperature drawing mill, low temperature impact tester(-196degree), 3000S dest-top quantitative spectrometer, full set of PT/MT/UT/RT MON -DESTRUCTIVE Examining devices and so on. For pipe fittings we have NDT test and for special materials we have PMI test, in addition, our company encodes all the products with material number, production serial number, RT number and so on, to ensure the product is exclusive and traceable.
