Dongying Hei Full Metal Products Co., Ltd. is an enterprise solely owned by Taiwan Hei Full Industrial Co., Ltd. It was founded on April 4, 1997. The company mainly contracts to accept business of the exploitation of lost-wax precision casting, precision machining of casting, surface processing, machinery assembly and so on. The company is in the procedure to set up the QS9000: 1998 and ISO9001:2000 quality management system certification(expecting to pass the certification at the end of this year ).

The main products of our company are fluid equipment parts, food machinery parts, automobile parts, pneumatic tools parts, sport facility parts, textile machinery parts, marine hardware and so on, which are mainly made from stainless steel, carbon steel, and alloy steel.

Our company possesses a full set of precision equipments including Computer Numerical Control lathe made in Taiwan and surface processing equipments (polishing、grinding etc.) of casting, heat-treatment equipments, anti-corrosion saline fog testing monitor, pressure examining equipments and other machine capability testing equipments. Our company has a specialized investment casting factory with annual output of 600 tons. The total annual exploitation and machining capacity of our company can reach 1,000,000 sets.

Combining with more than 10 years of precision casting skills of parent company in Tai wan, we established rigorous quality assurance system and can provide the whole process service from exploitation of precision casting to assembly and finished products.
