Taizhou Rixing Plastic Mould Co. Ltd. is a joint-venture enterprise, and its former was Taizhou Taixing Mould Factory, which was founded in 1993. Rixing is located in Xinqiao industrial park of Luqiao district in Taizhou city, which is three kilometers away from Zhejiang Huangyan airport and three kilometers from 104 national highway. It covers an area of more than 10000 square meters, has two main shops, namely mould production shop and plastic-injection production shop, and has registration capital of 1020 thousand dollars.

Through over ten years developing, Rixing has had more than 200 employees, 30 medium and high degree technicians, 20 professional management staff, CAD/CAM design center, numerical control center and over 60 sets of high technology production equipment such as three-coordinate testing, linear cutting, electrical pulse and plastic-injection machine, etc. For a long time, our company has engaged in design and manufacture of various plastic fitting mould and plastic products process, and our annual value has been beyond 1000000 $.
For a long period, our company has established cooperation relationship with many famous domestic enterprises such as Shanghai Automobile, Great Automobile, Delphi, Zhejiang Qianjiang Motorcycle, Automobile, Honda Jialing, Jianshe Yamaha, Chongqing, Zongsheng, and the distribution network covers medium and large cities, for example, Chongqing, Guangzhou, Shanghai and Jiangsu.

Two years lately, our company has made great progress in automobile mould industry, and automobile lights and decoration fitting mould, especially automobile engine suction manifold plastic mould were designed by Tianjin University in 2005, Chongqing Zongsheng 465QE petrol engine plastic suction manifold was designed in Ningbo and it had the performance of 4G18 automobile suction manifold in 2004. On 2005, our factory is processing domestic important automobile item moulds such as Honda automobile suction manifold, Shanghai Automobile suction manifold, including friction welding and melting mould. Especially automobile plastic suction manifold mould is the first development factory in the domestic industry.

Our company has obtained ISO9001: 2000 quality certificate, gained recognition from over ten related business units and has been popular with them. In the meanwhile, our company is applying for ISO/TC16949 quality system certificate approval phase, that is, international automobile standard fitting quality certificate.
