Our factory Shijiazhuang Donghuan malleable iron Castings Co., Ltd, as a pipe fittings manufacturer, is professional to produce the international pipeline fittings.

We produce the galvanized and black malleable iron pipe fittings with SDH brand that can be divided in three standards, American standard, DIN standard and British standard. The sizes are from 1/8" to 6", and the fittings are widely used in various pipelines to convey gas, water, oil, and so on. We have established the quality system conforming to IS0 9001: 2008 and have had the certification of CRN in Canada, European of CE and Turkey of TSE. The brand of SDH have been registered in many countries by us.

We also produce many other casting products, such as camlock quick couplings, clamps and couplings. We can also manufacture other cast parts according to customers' drawings or samples.

Our factory occupies 12000 m2area, with the annual output more than 4000 metric tons. Our factory has the staff more than 200 people, and the professional technician people are more than 40 people. Our factory is the first to use the electric stove for castings and electric facility in annealing and galvanizing process, which has no pollution and easy to control the material composition.

With advanced technology and equipment, the products are of excellent material, in good finish with well mechanical property and tightness and good interchangeability which make it easy to be assembled.

The products go through casting, annealing, shot blasting, galvanizing, threading, air pressure testing, thread inspection and final package procedure. The goods are mostly sold to Europe, South and North America and MID-east countries and get good fame from our customers.
