JICHAI LIAOCHENG MACHINERY Co., Ltd is located in Liaocheng city, Shandong Province.

Our factory was founded in the year of 1994, which is a joint venture company, composed by Jinan Diesel Engine Group, (who belongs to China Petroleum and Natural Gas Corporation), and Liaocheng Internal Combustion Engine Plant. Our company is the Medium National Enterprise, which has 800 employees, with 350 million total asset. The new factory covers about 186, 600 square meters. There are also about 600 sets of equipment, which are mainly being used to deal with foundry, machining, heat treatment, assembly, and other processes.

Casting and machining are the advantages of our company. Our foundry has the production capacity of 50000 tons per year, with all kinds of castings like gray iron, ductile iron, alloy iron, etc. We have several casting processes, such as resin sand producing line, green sand producing line, pre-coated iron sand producing line, cold box process, hot box process, shell core machine, and mechanical sand preparation equipment, complete set of continuous cleaning system.

Our inspection methods are advanced, for example, SMY hydraulic multipurpose tester, mono pipe high temperature carbon furnace, large function microscope, ultrasonic detector, Baird Spectrometer, and molten iron quality controller, etc. All of the equipment can ensure the fast analysis for the quality of molten iron before pouring.

Our company has strong machining capacity, so that we can undertake variety of parts and components with precise and complex structure. There are many kinds of advanced machining equipment in our factory, such as vertical and horizontal CNC, MCP 1000× 800 double worktable horizontal CNC (which are made in Japan and Russia), numerical controlled boring and milling lathe, column bridge type planning/milling machine, turning lathe, 2.5M CNC vertical turning machine, 3.5M CNC vertical turning machine, kinds of numerical drilling and milling machines, boring and milling machines, etc. All of them are imported from Germany, Japan or Russia. They can satisfy the machining of components --- cases, blocks, valves, pumps, and cylinder heads. The machining inspection equipment includes CMM with Reni shore technology and other regular inspection methods, which can ensure the machining quality.

Our major products: Series of large power diesel engine blocks, natural gas engine blocks, cylinder heads, large and middle size tractors' gear box and housing of rear axle, engineering mechanical machine components, valves for large and middle size, pumps in large and middle size, etc; Products' weight scopes are from 50kg to 10000kg.

Our company has lots of customers. In the domestic market, we have built good business relationships with the following large companies, such as, Jinan Diesel Engine Group, John Deere Tractor Tiantuo Company, Shengli Power Machinery Factory, APC (Tianjin) International Trade Co., Ltd, North China Diesel Engine Stock Limited Company, etc. We also do business with some international customers like AVK Demark, World Top 500 enterprises -- American John Deere Company, LG Company of South Korean, Siemens Electrical Ltd, Siemens Mechanical Drive Ltd, Japanese HANWA KAKOKI CO. Ltd, and etc. The valves, pumps and other castings are also exported to America, Demark, Japan, UK, Australia, Saudi Arabia of Middle East, and other places of the world.
