Its capacity of manual moulding (colophony sand, green sand ) reaches 1000 tons per month, mechanical moulding(DISA line) capacity 1000 tons per month and its capacity of casting reaches as much as 20,000 tons. We use cupola(3T/H); Medium frequency induction electric furnace (0, 5 T, 1 set ) for smelting. Meanwhile, we're qualified with testing facilities, such as digital analyzer and routine testers.
