Products: Manufacturing four types of steel: Tool/die steel, high-alloy structural steel, bearing steel and stainless heat-resistant steel. We provide varieties of forged round bars, flat bars and blocks, along with forging stocks, forgings, various sizes of steel ingots, ESR ingots, etc. Our plant is equipped with large-scale peeling, turning and milling equipment for steel deep processing, and all the products are delivered after heat treatment and annealing.

Factory: Our factory covers above 100, 000 square meters, with the investment of CNY150, 000, 000. Our factory is equipped with EF, LF, ESR, forging, deep processing and heat treatment workshops, as well as a technical center integrating R&D, technology and quality testing. The annual output has reached 40, 000 tons of high-alloy steel and 10, 000 tons of ESR steel.

Machinery: We have polished machinery, advanced technology and complete inspecting equipment. The smelting equipment include EF, IF, LF, VOD and ESR and the forging equipment include respectively one set of 3T & 8T electro-hydraulic hammer, which meet the forging processing of most common specification steel. The technical center is equipped with a Japanese Shimadzu Spectrograph, a German Leika Metallographic Microscope and other physical and chemical inspection and testing equipment.

Quality: Our special steel has passed the GB/T 19001-2008 and ISO9001: 2008 International Quality System Certifications. Our products can be manufactured strictly in accordance with domestic and international stands of GB, AISI, ASTM, JIS, DIN and protocol standard to meet different requirements of customers.
