A robot bending system is composed by a transfer bench, two lifting levers, twin-bending units and strorage unit.

1) Transfer bench comprise many powered rollers with automatic transfer and storage functions.

2) The lifting levers, installed beside the rollers, pneumatically position the bars above the bending units and transfer the shaped bars to stock that may be two or more based on the production.

3) The outstanding characteristics of the twin -gbending units are: One bending unit is stationary, the other is movable manually and automatically controlled by PLC, with liquid-crystal display production cycle may include six angles programmed by PLC, and the program can be stored and recalled two ways bending.
