A: We are professional factory focus on OEM  fabrication service according to customer's design. CNC machining, CNC milling, CNC turning,  CNC lathe machining, sheet metal bending & stamping, plastic injection molds,rubber/silicone mold,  injection molding, IML injection molding...etc customized plastic and metal components manufacturing. 


Q3: Can you make custom parts based on my sample?
A: Yes, you can send the sample to us by express and we will evaluate the sample, scan the features and draft 3D drawing for production.


Q4: What does your OEM service include?
A: We follow up your request from the design idea to the mass production.

a. You can provide 3D drawing to us, then our engineers and production teams evaluate the design and quote you the precise cost.

b. If you don't have 3D drawing, you can provide 2D drawing or draft with features details with full dimensions, we can draft 3D drawing for you with fair charge.

c. You can also customize Logo on the product surface, package, color box or carton.

d. We also provide assembly service for the OEM parts.


Q5: What certifications or qualifications does your company have?
A: Our company's certificates are: ISO, ROHS, product patent certificates, etc


Q6: Do you have design capabilities?
A: Yes, we would be delighted to help in the design of your parts. Please contact us as early as possible in the design process.


Q7: How can I get a quotation from your company?
A: Contact us. In order to quote you as soon as possible, we need the following information:
1. Detailed drawings (format: CAD/PDF/DWG/DXF/DXW/IGES/STEP etc.)
2. Material
3. Quantity
4. Surface treatment
5. Any special packing or other requirement


Q8: How do you ship the goods and how long does it take to arrive?
A: We usually ship by DHL, UPS, FedEx or TNT. It usually takes 3-5 days to arrive. Airline and sea shipping also optional.

Our customers include  equipment manufacturers, general commercial businesses, and companies in the industrial, transportation, medical,communication and consumer industries, among others. While our customers are spread throughout the United States, Europe and around the world, they all have something in common: the need for high-quality parts t, on time, and within budget.


Q10: What is your typical lead time? Can my parts be produced on a rush basis?
A: Including quoting, manufacturing, and shipping, our typical turnaround time for rapid prototyping is 24 hours, prototype molds only 5days and simple production molds within 10days. and our on-time delivery rate is over 98%. Depending on the circumstances (such as availability of tooling, and materials in the marketplace), we may be able to produce your parts on an expedited time frame. Just ask!


Q11: Do you offer other services, like finishing, assembly, packaging, and logistical support?
Q: Is there a minimum or maximum order quantity?
A: You can order anything from 1 part to 100,000+. Please contact us regarding any special or large orders for preferential pricing.


Q12: What Quality Guarantee I can get if start cooperating with RCT MFG?
A: We guarantee all products/parts comply with drawing and other quality criteria requirements on the contract and approval documents, will rework all defective products, or refund customers if receive non-good products.
