Xuzhuang Enamel Factory in Raoyang county, Hebei province was founded in August, 1976. It is a major branch factory of Beijing Enamel Factory. Enamel is also called "cloisonne", it is the Chinese traditional handicrafts. Enamel was started in the period of the Ming Dynasty and has more than 600 years' history. It has unique national style, and is called "national treasure". The processing of making enamel is complex, it needs more than ten processes. The "phoenix facing the sun" embossment which is 24m in length and 8m in height was produced by our factory in 1998, and has gained the high praise from experts. Double-decked "Giant Throne" which was finished in 2005 is 3m in height, 8m in length and 5m in width. It was assembled with more than 4000 Buddhist materials. It is the greatest in the world, and has gained the high praise from experts. Besides the large-scale products, we also produces various kinds of cloisonne products.
