Shunde Kindme Electric Industrial Co., Ltd, a joint venture company invested from mainland and Hong Kong, was established in 1987 with registered capital of 5 million RMB Yuan. We are the only company in China specialized in researching, developing and manufacturing high speed braiding machine series. So far, we have modern workshop covering over 5000 square meters and tens of special equipment for manufacturing braiding machines including a five-axial machining center.
By adequate research and investigation, integrating the actual condition of China and foreign advanced technology, we invested a lot, and successfully developed braiding machines in winter 1994, which got positive response after trial running in some large sized electronic wire and cable companies. By continuous technical innovation, the products improved again and again, and got patent (Patent No. 972403701 and Patent No. 992024668) in 1997. The products were introduced to the whole market in China in 1998 when they were very matured. Now, our customers cover everywhere in China. KM series high speed braiding machines have established high reputation in China, and by its super performance and competitive price, have changed the situation that China relied on importing high speed braiding machines for a long time.
In order to meet the requirement of different types of wire and cable companies, our products have been at the same level as or at higher level than those from foreign countries in terms of diversification, application range to fit different types of wire and cable and different sizes of spools, easy operation and mechanical performance, etc.
Our high-speed braiding machines are specially suitable for braiding coaxial cable, high quality wire for network, control wire and cable with high requirement, high quality and thin sheath and high percentage of coverage. The features of the machines are as follows:
1. Energy saving: Saving over 40% energy than other same types of products;
2. Braiding layer is neat, even and smooth: The braiding thread is not overlapped;
3. Easy operation: One operator from the existing customers can operate up to ten braiding machines;
