The Pump Solutions Group joins its major legacy brands, Wilden, Blackmer, with Griswold and Almatec to form a cohesive pump organization with broad array of pump technologies totaling over $300 million in annualized revenue. PSG resides within Dovers Fluid Solution platform. PSGs mandate is to leverage each companys strong brand recognition while taking advantage of synergies within the groups distribution, manufacturing footprint and supply chains, while also leveraging best practices and streamlining back-office support functions. The group will look to take advantage of its greater critical mass, while expanding its global foot print (now exceeding 50% of its sales outside U. S).
