POWERTOWN MOULD Co., Ltd was established in 2006 and set up the branches in Hochiminh Vietnam and Penang Malaysia. We are specialize in Standard mould base, Custom-made mould base, Precision mould components and High quality mould steel.
With a professional technology and years experience work team, We implement scientific management system, Now the factory has more than 150 workers and the production capacity is almost 1000 sets mould base per month. Also we invested advanced inspecting and production equipments, including large horizontal/vertical CNC machining center, deep hole drilling machines, milling machings, grinding machines etc. The large capacity is 2000*3000mm.
We can make the mould base accroding to customer requirements, including mold design on behalf of clients, mold plate cavity, PL face processing, cooling hole, ejector hole, hot runner plate etc. Also DME, MISUMI, HASCO components is acceptable. The mould plates are make by high quality carbon steel, and using high precsioin components, All guide pin, guide bush and return pin holes are manufacture by CNC maching center. It can be guaranteed parallel and verticality of the mould base.
