PP-R Plastic/Aluminum Stable Pipe is produced through binding the PP-R pipe and aluminum alloy by means of macromolecule binding element at high temperature. It combines the advantages of plastic pipe and metal pipe: Hygienic, hermetic as plastic pipe while owns the stiffness of a metal pipe. It features higher strength and more reliable mechanical performance: Its linear expansion coefficient is only 1/5 of that normal PP-R pipe and approximates to metal pipe.
Product characteristics
1. Small expansion coefficient, no deformation with surface installation. The heat expansion coefficient of Kingbull PP-R/AL Stable Pipe is small (0.03mm/m*k) and approximates to metal pipes. It is suitable for indoor/outdoor surface installation and has no deformation. It buried installation thin layer of coating cement is needed thus it is working-saving and cost-saving.
2. Anti Oxygen Permeability
Since the high strength aluminum alloy protects the inner PP-R pipe like an armour, Kingbull PP-R/AL Stable Pipe can completely prevent the outside air from running into the pipe. Therefore it keeps the water in the pipe free from oxygen and restrains the growth of algae. The pipe can be used for cold/hot water outdoor installation and featuring no deformation, no fading and aging, longer operating life.
