Pingyin Aluminum Company of Feicheng Mining Group Co., Ltd., reconstructed from Shandong Pingyin Aluminum Factory in 2006, mainly manufactures electrolytic aluminum and aluminum processing materials, with a site area of over 650 mu and fixed assets of $400 million. The company is staffed with over 1, 700 employees (including over 150 technicians), and has set up nine workshops (2 electrolytic plants, anode assembling shop, cleaning shop, power room, casting-rolling shop, cold rolling shop, plate shop, wire shop) and 13 departments to serve production. With an annual capacity of 80, 000 tons, the company can produce 1 series alloys, 3 series alloys, 5 series alloys, 6 series alloys, and 8 series alloys, over ten varieties and over 1, 000 specifications in total.
