Pingxiang Daier Separation Tech Co., Ltd. (D-A-I-E-R) is a Taiwan-invested manufacturer specializing in tower packing and internals for chemical, petrochemical, and environmental applications.

We operate with a coordinated structure covering technical support, manufacturing, and international business:

With 17+ years of experience (since 2009), we provide reliable separation solutions supported by manufacturing capability and engineering service.

Manufacturing Scope

We produce tower packing and internals across three material families:

Ceramic - structured and random packing. Temperature resistance up to 1000° C. Alumina content: 92-99%.

Metal - structured and random packing. Standard grades: SS304, SS316L (Mo ≥ 2.0%, meeting ASTM A240 requirements), duplex, and carbon steel.

Plastic - random packing and structured media. Materials include PP, PE, PVDF, PTFE, and RPTFE.

Product Portfolio

Random packing: Pall rings, Raschig rings, Intalox saddles, Cascade Mini Rings (CMR), IMTP.

Structured packing: Corrugated sheet packing (250Y, 350Y, 500Y, etc. ) and wire mesh packing.

Tower internals: Liquid distributors (trough and orifice type), support plates, mist eliminators (wire mesh and vane type), collectors, and redistributors.

ISO 9001: 2015 certified manufacturing system.

Material certification according to EN 10204 3.1, with optional third-party inspection (SGS, TÜ V).

PMI (Positive Material Identification) available to ensure material compliance.

Full dimensional inspection, batch traceability, and process quality control.

Engineering Support

Packing selection based on process conditions (temperature, pressure, media, flow rate).

Hydraulic calculations including pressure drop, flooding velocity, and packing factor (F-factor).

Technical drawings, layout support, and installation guidance available upon request.

Export & Delivery

Our Xiamen export center handles international logistics, documentation, and customer coordination.

Products are supplied to Europe, North America, the Middle East, and Southeast Asia.

Standard sizes are available from stock. Custom fabrication is supported based on project requirements.
