Quality Control:

100% of the lamps will be tested and keep lighting for 24 hours to test its quality reliability, and we will also test its temperature after 24 hours' lighting.

Then after it is cool we again test 100% of the lamps to see if it still work well. Each lamp should pass all these QC procedures before shipping to customer.

Warranty term

1. Under the terms of this warranty, if the product have a failure occurs under normal usage within warranty period, we will provide free/rework new products

2. If Failure or damage due to incorrect operation, wire connection, or anything other do not follow our instuction, SMART will provide paid maintance within warranty period.

Trade Terms

1. Payment term: T/T 100% payment in advance, or for over 10, 000USD, TT 30% deposit after order confirmed, the balance after goods ready before shipping. Or L/C, or Western Union for small amount.

2. Lead time: Normally in 5~10 days after deposit received

3. Sample policy: Samples are always availble for each model. Samples can be ready in 3~7 days once payment received.

Delivery detail

We ship goods by UPS/DHL/FedEx/TNT express which takes 3~ 5 days to arrive, or by air cargo which takes about one week to arrive, or by sea which takes about one month to arrive, depending on your actual requirements.
