The StarSpotter system, a satellite precise positioning and navigation system developed by Peak Points Technology utilizes RTK (Real-Time Kinematic), pseudo-range or position differential technology respectively, that achieve the precise positioning on centimeter level, sub-meter level or a meter level for different requirement.

Dr. Everett Wang, the team leader, had worked for Intel for 13 years. Since then, he joined the research and development of GPS satellite positioning, navigation system and chipset design in Gaofeng company in Silicon Valley. After returned home, he had been engaged in the research and development of Beidou chip for many years. Dr. Wang has published more than 50 theses in top international journals and obtained more than 30 international and domestic invention patents.

Mr. Sonny Gong, Peak Points Technology company founder, a key member of the team, holds the master's degree from the State University of New York. He is good at enterprise management and marketing, and has founded few other enterprises in the past.
