Suntes' Origin
Before the establishment of the company, our company founder Mr. Tang Yaowei once climbed up on top of Mount Tai with the earliest five team members of the company. When looking ahead into the scenery after reaching the peak, he could not help being marveled at the vast land of the mountain which ranks first of the five great mountains in China, and the magnificent overview of the whole world as well. Throughout five thousand years history, China has kept a foothold in the center of the world.
Although having experienced a variety of ethnic setbacks in modern times, all sons and daughters of the Chinese nation have overcome all of this, and ultimately stand proudly and uprightly in the political, economic and cultural center of the oriental world. In view of this inspiration, Mr. Tang Yaowei, founder of the company therefore chose the name "Suntes", which indicates flourishing business, and encouraged the company staff to break through brambles and thorns despite various hardship, with their products being sold well all over the world, therefore the company could stand firmly on the complex and changeable market at home and abroad, making its own way and striving for leading in this industry.

In 2009, established HDMI research team and start to offer OEM/ODM solutions.
In 2011, the company changed name to Suntes Electronic Technology Co., Ltd.
In 2012, we became HDMI Association Member. Products passed ATC/CE/SGS.
In 2013, being invest 6 million RMB to rebuilding new factory, total area more than 10, 000 square meters.
In 2014, we move into new factory in Qishi Town of Dongguan, employees beyond 200. Local government leader, friends and suppliers attend housewarming and big party.
In 2015, we got MFI certificate from Apple.
In 2016, we got HDMI Premium certificate.
