1996, our company was founded in Singapore, then we acquired a 60% equity interest in a sino-foreign joint venture with our PRC business partner. Plant location in HanWang Town, Mianzhu City, Sichuan, PR China

1997, we imported advanced producing technology and facilities of 30, 000MTPA sodium and potassium phosphate from USA.

1998-1999, we commence over 10 different sodium and potassium phosphates both food grade and tech grade, and believe we are the first to produce phosphates heavy density granules in China.

2000, We attained ISO9001 and ISO14001 Quality and Environmental management system certification. We believe that we were one of the few phosphate-based chemicals producer in PRC to receive such accreditation at the time.

2002, we acquired 150, 000MTPA high grade phosphate rocks mine rights in Mianzhu City Sichuan province, which allows us the advantage to be a vertically-integrated producer of phosphate-based chemicals.

We also acquired the entire equity interests of Joint-venture from our then PRC business partner and became a wholly foreign-owned enterprise in 2003.

2008, Our business was disrupted by the 7.9 magnitude earthquake on 12 May, ( The Wenchuan Earthquake)

2009-2011, We commence relocation, recovery and re-constructions. Two brand new Phosphorus furnaces with 10, 000 mt capacity of P4 each were built. Phosphates production and delivery was recovered.

2012, On 3 January, as a group memember, we are incorporated in Asiaphos Group, Singapore.
