• Fits on DIN 25 rails.
• Very compact, overall dimensions allow to replace existing won protected solution by a high
reliability solution
• No special tool required, only by standard screwdriver.

• Cold test, the standard UNE 20-501 (II-1)
• Dry head test, the standard UNE 20-501 (II-2)
• Test for quick variations of temperature, UNE 20-501 (II-14)
• Thermal shock
The DUT in test will have connected drop wire cable and the inside wire conductors, will be put
under 100 continuous cycles of cold-heat, according to the following:
200 seg a - 40 ±2 °C
240 seg a - 80 ±2 °C
At the end of the test a visual inspection will be realized to verify that do not exist breakage nor
cracking in any element.
Mechanical Resistance Test
The test will be realized according to UNE 20,324 and the demanded level of protection will be 7. The room temperature for the test will be 23 °C.
Corrosion Test
DUT will be put with the cover open to salty fog according to ASTM B 117 95 during 144 hours, It does not have to appear corrosion in any element.
Cover Opening Test
The opening of the cover will be performed 100 times INCLUDING disassembling it, after which the cover will perfectly continue assured in its position.
UV Rays Test
The test will be performed in a fluorescent CAMERA of type U.V/condensation, according to ASTM G-53-96 and ASTM D - 4329 - 92, using lamps UV-B during a total of 700 hours. The cycle will consist of 4 hours of exposure to UV-B to +60°C, followed of 4 hours of condensation exposure to +40 °C. At the end of the 700 hours the samples will be extracted of the camera and they will be let cool until room temperature during a minimum of 12 hours.
